“I built C & C because I kept seeing people struggle with conversations nobody taught them how to have.”

I’ve been the athlete. I’ve been the coach. I’ve worked inside organizations and seen what good leadership can bring out of people — and what happens when people feel overlooked, misunderstood or unsupported.

That’s why I pursued advanced education in industrial-organizational psychology: to understand how people perform, communicate, lead and respond to pressure inside groups.

C & C brings my lived experience, coaching, education and organizational work together. I’m here to listen first, speak honestly and help find a practical next step.

C & C provides education, workshops and consulting — not therapy, diagnosis or clinical mental-health treatment.

We’re building a professional network across sport psychology, counseling, recovery, career development and other specialist areas. When evaluation or treatment is needed, that work belongs with appropriately licensed professionals.
